You will be able to use cash to load your Cashless account at the banks onsite. Anywhere else, you can use your wristband to pay for food and drinks!
OPTION 1: To retrieve your remaining balance, log in to your account and submit a refund request.
If you funded your account directly with cash or your card on-site, you can log in to your account and add the card you wish to be refunded to.
→ Deadline to request a refund of your balance: Monday, June 10th at 11:00 PM (Paris time)
→ No refund requests will be possible after June 10, 2024; the remaining credit will be permanently lost after this date. For technical reasons, we cannot refund amounts less than 0.50 euro.
OPTION 2: You didn't create an account online.
To retrieve your balance, you need to create an account. It's quick and easy: create your account by filling in your first name, last name, email address, password, the code found on the back of your entry bracelet, and your credit card information. Once logged into your account, click on the "Refund" button.
