How can I buy my ticket for Cercle Festival?

Cercle Festival first ticket sale is closed for now. To get a chance to get tickets and 3-days passes, pre-register from today via this link. On December 3rd, you will receive the ticketing link to get in line in advance before the general sale opens at 6 PM (Paris Time).

Can I pay my ticket in several installments?

Yes, you can pay your ticket for the festival in 3 interest-free installments. This option will be offered at checkout on our official ticketing platform.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Yes, it is possible! Please contact us by specifying your order number and the name you wish to change.

Can I change the day of my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Exchanges are not possible, due to capacity limits and contractual agreements. However, you can sell your current ticket and buy new ones safely on our official resale platform, available before the festival.

I have a change of plans and can no longer go. Can I be refunded?

We do not offer refunds for this type of event, as stated in our general terms and conditions. You will be able to sell your ticket safely via our official resale platform before the festival.

Can I buy Cercle Festival Merch?

Bring back a souvenir from your weekend in space! There will be Cercle Festival limited edition items for you to shop during the festival as well as on our website after the event.

What are the festival hours?

Cercle Festival takes place from 12pm to 11pm from Friday, May 22nd to Sunday, May 24th. Last entry at 8pm. Any exit is final.

Are minors allowed at the festival?

Minors under 18 are not allowed at Cercle Festival.

Do I need to bring my ID?

Yes, please bring a valid ID. You may be asked to show it at the entrance.

What are the forbidden objects?

Drugs, weapons, food and drinks - except for reusable water bottles - fireworks, animals, big bags or suitcases, helmets, drones, professional cameras, inflammable liquids, confettis and flags. Lockers will be available for you to store items such as bags, clothes and helmets before entry.

Cercle Festival is accessible to people with reduced mobility. If you have any question or specific needs, please contact us so that we can organize the necessary arrangements.

Can I bring my reusable water bottle and cup?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can bring your reusable water bottle, as long as it's empty by the time you enter the festival.

Where can I find drinking water on site?

Accepted Answer

You'll find several drinking water points across the festival: at the restrooms, at the water station and at the bars, where water bottles will be sold. We highly encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle and cup to refill!

Can I eat during the festival?

Food and drinks from the outside are forbidden. However, you'll find a wide variety of food trucks on site as well as several bars to recharge your batteries before the next set begins!

How can I pay my food and beverages on site?

Accepted Answer

There's no cash or card in space! Cercle Festival is entirely cashless - you can top up your account before and during the event, directly on our website. Once you're on site, you can pay for your food and beverages directly with the bracelet you'll be provided with. If you haven't used all of the amount you topped-up, you can get it back after the festival.

Will there be covered areas on site?

Accepted Answer

In case of rain or hot weather, you can shelter under the covered Concorde stage. You'll also find several shaded areas across the festival. Don't forget to check the weather before coming to make sure you're 100% festival ready!
