Only Weezevent, CERCLE and or any ticket reseller authorized by CERCLE have access to this data, which will never be shared with any third party, except as required by law or regulation
The personal data collected and processed are primarily used for the management of orders you placed and for the performance of the sales contract. This includes: delivery of tickets, payment processing, invoicing, issuance of order-confirmation emails, preparing data exports for access control at the entrance of the festival, modification of the ticket holder’s name and surname, management of the commercial relationship, after-sales services, handling event cancellations or postponements, and the communication of information from CERCLE relating to the event.

You may opt to subscribe to our newsletter to receive email updates related to the festival. Subscription to our newsletter is entirely optional and subject to your prior consent. If you choose to subscribe, we will collect certain personal data for this purpose, including your first name, last name, and email address. This information is securely stored on our partner’s platform, Brevo (https://www.brevo.com/fr/).
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each email.

The information collected through the contact forms on our website (such as your first name, last name, and email address) is transmitted via email and subsequently stored in an electronic file for the purpose of process your request and handling your inquiries regarding our services.

At the end of this period, your personal data will be deleted, anonymized, or archived in accordance with applicable legal retention obligations.

In accordance with current regulations, any written request must be signed, accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature, and indicate the address to which the response should be sent. These documents will be retained by CERCLE for the duration of the legally required retention period.
To enable us to respond accurately, you are requested to specify the data and/or processing activities to which your request relates.
