This includes: delivery of tickets, payment processing, invoicing, issuance of order-confirmation emails, preparing data exports for access control at the entrance of the festival, modification of the ticket holder’s name and surname, management of the commercial relationship, after-sales services, handling event cancellations or postponements, and the communication of information from CERCLE relating to the event.
