If you experience any issues with the download, it may be a temporary technical problem, and we invite you to try again later.

We do not offer refunds for this type of event, as stated in our general terms and conditions. You will be able to sell your ticket safely via our official resale platform TicketSwap before the festival.

Once the ticket is sold, the platform will automatically handle the name change for the new buyer.

Cercle Festival takes place from Friday, May 22nd to Sunday, May 24th, with opening hours from 12 PM to 11 PM each day. Last entry at 8 PM. Any exit is final.

Cercle Festival is entirely cashless - you can top up your account before and during the event, directly on our website. Once you’re on site, you can pay for your food and beverages directly with the bracelet you’ll be provided with. If you haven’t used all of the amount you topped-up, you can get it back after the festival.

Yes, lockers will be available for storing personal items such as bags and clothes. Helmets are strictly prohibited inside the festival and must be stored in the lockers available outside the venue.

No charging stations will be available on-site.
Note that you can charge your phone only in VIP areas, requiring a VIP Pass.

No. Access is limited to event areas only; other parts of the venue will not be open to visitors.

Yes, you can bring your reusable water bottle, as long as it’s empty by the time you enter the festival.
A special Cercle Festival edition will also be available for purchase at the merchandise shop.

You’ll find several drinking water points across the festival: at the restrooms, at the water station and at the bars, where water bottles will be sold. We highly encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle and cup to refill!

Yes, prescription medication is allowed with a valid medical prescription.
