To download or edit your tickets, please follow these steps:

2. Log in using the two verification options (email or order number) to access your order.
3. Select “Manage” for the relevant ticket.
4. Click "Edit" and enter your details to generate the Download option.
5. Click “Download” to generate the ticket.
If you experience any issues with the download, it may be a temporary technical problem, and we invite you to try again later.
Bracelet will be delivered on-site.
To facilitate your arrival and that of others, each person must have their own ticket ready on their own phone.
Please note: one ticket per person, no grouping of multiple tickets on a single device, and no screenshots. This helps speed up access to the festival for everyone.

Please be cautious and avoid purchasing tickets from unofficial sources, they may not be valid.

To ensure a smooth and effortless arrival, Cercle Festival operates dedicated shuttle services connecting Philharmonie de Paris and the festival site.
Select your direction, valid for any departure within the time windows below:
Philharmonie de Paris → Cercle Festival (30min drive)
Every 12 minutes from 11:30 AM to 7 PM (last entry at the festival 8:00PM)
Cercle Festival → Philharmonie de Paris (30min drive)
Every 5 minutes from 8 PM to midnight

BIKE
You can park your personal bike near the festival site. Please note that app-based bikes (Vélib’, Lime, Dott, Voi, etc.) are not permitted in the area.
A dedicated bike parking area will be available close to the entrance of the festival.

CARPOOLING
Carpooling is a great way to arrive at Cercle Festival while reducing your environmental impact and sharing the experience from the very start.
Travel together, reduce emissions, and start the festival atmosphere on the road.
At the end of the festival, clear signage and staff will guide you to dedicated areas for: car, Uber, shuttle, taxi, ride-hailing services, personal bike, or walking.
Your journey doesn’t end at the festival, take a moment to plan your return safely.
- Designate a driver in advance who won’t drink.
- Never get into a vehicle with an impaired driver.
- Do not drive under the influence, alcohol takes time to leave your system.
- Take fatigue seriously and rest before driving if needed.
- Visit the Avenir Santé stand near the parking to get a free breathalyzer and check if you are fit to drive.
- Use available alternatives: shuttle, carpooling, taxi or ride-hailing services
If in doubt, wait, it would never be a waste of time.

There’s no cash or card in space! Cercle Festival is entirely cashless - you can pay for your food, beverages and merch directly with the bracelet you’ll be provided with.
HOW IT WORKS
Before the festival, you can activate and top up your cashless account via your customer account.

- Go back to the menu and select “Cashless” and create an account with your ticket number.

You can also top up your account directly on site. Simply scan your wristband’s QR code to be redirected to the platform, where you can create your account and add your ticket number.

SEXIST & SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Cercle Festival implements dedicated prevention and safety protocols developed with a specialized partner, Safer. All staff are trained to prevent and respond to inappropriate behavior, while on-site roaming teams actively monitor the festival. Safe spaces are also available, if you need help, our teams, security staff, and prevention stands are there to support you without judgment.
Where can I find help on site? A GBV prevention stand (Gender-Based and Sexual Violence) will be located in a visible area and clearly marked on the festival map. It will be accessible at all times during the event.
What happens if I come to the stand? The stand is a judgment-free space. You can come to:Report an incident, share a concern, or simply get informationAccess resources (flyers, contacts, emergency numbers)Be directed to the appropriate support services depending on your situation

Is the staff trained? Yes. The people working at the stand and in the outreach teams are specifically trained to welcome and support individuals in these kinds of situations. The wider festival staff is also made aware of these issues and trained accordingly.
What should I do if I witness a GBV-related situation or if someone around me is not feeling well? Do not stay alone with the situation. Go to the GBV prevention stand (marked on the festival map), approach an outreach team or a member of security staff, or head to the safe zone. Trained staff will take over and support the person involved according to their needs, with confidentiality and without judgment.
