What PRM and Accessibility accommodations are available at Cercle Festival?

Ramps, accessible platforms with elevators, SubPac devices, induction (hearing) loops, adapted service counters, accessible water points, bars, and dedicated restrooms are available.

You’ll find priority access line at the entrance, on-site assistance upon request, a dedicated prevention team, and support from specialized partner organizations.

Getting There: PRM Parking and Entry

Paid ADA parking spaces are available and located as close as possible to the festival entrance.

Where is the PRM Accessibility Center onsite?

The Accessibility Center is located inside the festival grounds, between the Ariane and A380 stages, near the information stands.

How do I gain access to Accessible Viewing Areas?

Accessible viewing platforms are located directly in front of the stages, next to the Front of House areas.

Can I bring a companion to assist me?

Of course, companions are welcome; however, a classic paid ticket is required for them t come with you. Please note that if the platforms reach full capacity, priority will be given to attendees with disabilities.

Where can I charge my power wheelchair?

Charging is available at the dedicated prevention and accessibility stand.

Are there accessible restrooms at the festival?

Yes, accessible restrooms are available in every restroom zone throughout the festival.

I have a special dietary need and/or have prescription medicine that I need. Can I bring it?

Yes, prescription medication is allowed with a valid medical prescription.

Can I bring a service animal?

Guide dogs for visually impaired attendees are permitted. In this case, please contact our team in advance.

Is there drop-off or pick-up assistance for people with disabilities?

Information hubs are available at the entrance and at each accessible platform to assist with guidance and support.

You can visit the information point at the entrance, speak with the dedicated accessibility team, or reach out to staff at any accessible platform.

Is there medical or first-aid support trained in disability care?

Yes, a dedicated medical team trained in disability care is present on-site.

Are sensory-friendly headphones or areas available for those with auditory sensitivities?

Yes, a safe and quiet area is available within the festival stands.

Is it possible to reserve a seat?

Seating reservations are not available. The festival includes accessible platforms and operates with a human-centered, flexible approach based on mutual respect and understanding.
