Cercle Festival is designed to welcome people with disabilities and people with reduced mobility, with specific accessibility measures in place.
Below is our dedicated Q&A. You can register as a disabled attendee so that we can organize the necessary arrangements.

Dedicated PRM access including:
- Reserved parking spots for guests with reduced mobility (PRM)
- Located as close as possible to the accessible entrance
- Clearly signposted from the moment you arrive on site
- Flat, stable and non-gravel surface for safe mobility
- On-site staff available to guide you from parking to the entrance

A dedicated entrance is available to ensure a smooth and priority access experience, including:
- Separated entrance from general admission queues with priority access
- Wide access lanes suitable for wheelchair users (minimum width: 90 cm)
- Lowered ticket scanning point for wheelchair access
- Clear signage using international accessibility symbols
- Trained staff available at all times to assist entry

1 - Prohibited items
The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue:
- Any objects that could be used as projectiles
- Aerosol sprays (e.g. deodorant, pepper spray, sunscreen sprays, mist sprays)
- Animals
- Confetti
- Drones
- Drugs
- Electric bike or motorcycle batteries
- Fireworks, pyrotechnic items, and candles
- Flags, signs, or banners of any kind
- Flammable liquids
- Folding chairs
- Food and beverages (except empty reusable water bottles)
- Helmets
- Heavy or oversized portable batteries
- Large bags (exceeding H 50 cm × W 30 cm × D 25 cm) or suitcases of any size
- Professional cameras and GoPro-type devices
- Selfie sticks
- Sharp, pointed, or blunt objects (including pocket knives and knives)
- Umbrellas
- Weapons
2 - Authorized items
The following items are authorized inside the venue:
- Small bags and small backpacks
- Disposable cameras
- Sunscreen (tube only, no aerosol)
- Reusable water bottles
- Small portable fans
Medecine prescription and special dietary are allowed with a valid medical prescription.
3 - Lockers will be available on-site:
- Before entry, to store prohibited items that are not allowed inside the venue (only XL size available).
- Inside the venue, to store personal belongings such as bags, clothing, and helmets (medium and XL sizes available).
Important: Low lockers are prioritized for people with reduced mobility to ensure easy-access.

Cercle disclaims all liability for any loss, theft, or damage to items stored in the lockers.All daily rental lockers will be opened after 00:30. Any remaining items will be transferred to the lost & found.Please note: every exit is final. You will not be able to access outside lockers until you leave the festival.
Companion access policy
Of course, companions are welcome; however, a classic paid ticket is required for them to come with you. Please note that if the platforms reach full capacity, priority will be given to attendees with disabilities.
Service animals are permitted under defined conditions. Fill our form here.
You may be able to:
- Borrow wheelchairs, walking canes, earplugs, noise-cancelling headphones
- Use magnetic hearing loops at A380 and Ariane stages
- Use Subpac devices for sound vibration experience
- Limited quantities available
- Bring your own equipment if possible
- Show an ID or leave a deposit (keys) to borrow equipment
- Sign a waiver before use
- Charge your wheelchair at dedicated charging stations
- Receive medical assistance if needed
- Store prescription medication securely if required
- Get help with dietary needs or allergies

- Use lowered counters (max height: 80 cm)
- Move easily with wide circulation space (1.40 m)

2 - FOOD AREA
- Find accessible food stands with clear entry and exit space
- Move easily between stands
- Use stable ground and clear walkways
- Sit at accessible tables with wheelchair space
3 - TOILETS
- Use accessible toilets reserved for disabled users
- Ask staff or security for access keys
- Find one accessible toilet near each stage and main areas
- Follow clear signs to reach toilets
1 - EVACUATION
- Follow an evacuation plan adapted for accessibility needs
- Receive help from staff if you need assistance
- Use accessible evacuation routes
2 - MEDICAL HELP
- Find a medical point accessible to everyone
- Access medical care by wheelchair if needed
- Use adapted medical equipment on site
- Be supported by staff trained to assist people with disabilities
- A VIP Pass is required to access this area
- Use elevator access to VIP terrace (1st floor)
- Access adapted cabins and facilities
- Follow accessibility signage
